Switching your Number to your Name (ID-Service)

If you’re in Seoul, you can complete this process for free in-store by presenting your ARC.
If you’re elsewhere in Korea, it can be done online using a Korean Identification Certificate (Joint Certificate). We know this is a little bit complicated – so we’ll apply for it on your behalf and reimburse the certificate fee after your phone number has been successfully transferred.
