Restrictions during Chuseok 2025

Domestic delivery to Korean addresses
No regular shipping within Korea from October 3rd to October 9th (last possible shipping date: October 2nd, 3pm). International shipping is unaffected. If your shipment is delayed due to this, you can request a free emergency data eSIM and use it until you receive your physical SIM card. You can also request to switch to our Voice & Data eSIM (free for Premium Plan customers; additional fee for Basic Plan customers). Express Quick delivery within Seoul is possible during this period with an additional fee (10-12 EUR). Free self pickup in Gangnam or Mapu may be available on request.

eSIM opening restrictions
Providing eSIM for Google, iPhone XR+SE, Galaxy S20+S21 devices is not possible from October 3rd till 12nd. If you pre-activate latest on October 2nd 4pm with arrival during this period we will open the eSIM prior without additonal fee. In case you pre-activate late during this period we provide a free emergency data eSIM until the final Voice & Data eSIM is provided.

No eSIM on October 6th
In case you pre-activate and arrive on October 6th this day we provide a free emergency data eSIM until the final Voice & Data eSIM is provided.
