BUSAN CINEMA CENTER AND THE GWANGALLI BEACH

Busan Cinema Center:

As the host city of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) and backdrop for many movies, Busan is known as a film town. During BIFF, the Center serves as the main stage hosting the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival. Movie screenings, concerts, musicals, and various other events are held throughout the year. A popular feature of the Center is the LED roof 2.5 times the size of a soccer field.

Gwangalli Beach:

Dotted with trendy and cozy cafés and restaurants, Gwangalli Beach is a hotspot among the young. At night, some 16,000 LED lights illuminate the 7.4kmlong Gwangandaegyo Bridge making it a major night-time attraction of the city. The Busan Fireworks Festival is held at the bridge every October.
